What is the Equine Gestalt
Coaching Method®. (EGCM)

The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® was developed by Melisa Pearce, healing movement. A core founder since 1989, of the horse-human healing method. The experimental nature of the method involves the horses as an active partner with the coach. The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®. different than any other type of Equine Coaching you may have experienced or seen.

EGCM is scientifically and statistically proven to help the client. The process is experimental in nature. This holistic approach allows for complete release of energy and emotional blocks or pain. Almost all EGCM clients experience permanent resolutions to the issues worked on during their session and find that the process elicits lasting change in their lives. To become a Equine Gestalt Coach (EGCM). I went through a 2 year Intensive course that Melisa Pearce designed. I also became a Equine Facilitator. I  graduated from both programs Dec. 2023. Gestalt

Gestalt is a German word (which means wholeness).

To me Gestalt means wholeness and balance. Gestaltists  believe the client has the answer to the problem. Gestaltists learn to stay in the moment and truly listen to the client. Horses are natural healers and they are natural Gestalts. Horses are always in the moment. They are not thinking about tomorrow or what happened yesterday. And when we work with horses they prefer we stay in the moment and present. Horses are great teachers of Mindfullness.
